My Father's World is the curriculum I am using with Kasey for the 2nd year in a row. This year it is Exploring Countries and Cultures and we will be taking a "trip" around the world with her newly made passport.
On Friday, she had to make a continents and ocean cake. She did it beautifully from start to finish. It was so much fun and the cake was great too! Did you know there are actually 5 oceans now? The fifth, the Southern Ocean was named in 2000....that was new to me and my dh is still arguing that I don't know what I'm talking about. LOL!!
I managed to snap a few pictures when I finally thought about it and I am going to try to post them here in a bit.
(By the way....the apron is an original from China that Kasey's dad brought back for her this summer.)

Wow, I've never gotten a great look at the little miss. She is gorgeous and I imagine she is pretty smart too. Beautiful, Smart, creative...you're in trouble in a couple of years momma!
